“Every day is another day closer to when it will rain”… These were the words spoken by my uncle while watching the sunset light up the mountain beneath a sheet of rain in the distance. What a beautiful reminder to the farmers of the drought-stricken southern Free State, that the rain will come, and hopefully in the very near future.
